Been a busy year :V 

Luckily we did set aside some time to update No Stars and fix a few things. These changes include:

- Optimizations! 
--  Added occlusion culling
-- Properly reduced draw distance 
-- Removed specular shading from some objects 
-- Set up particle & shader cache pre-loading 

-Additions!
-- Added a new guidebook (this will update with the items you find)

- Fixes!
-- Blink animation should now properly scale for larger monitors 
-- Area transitions should be more consistent
-- Skyscraper NPC no longer locks your game
